Warm Blackberries Roasted with Cinnamon & Hazelnut Strained Yoghurt

Why reach for the cereal box when you can make something that tastes like it came from heaven in 15 minutes?

Blackberries offer many health benefits. They're full of vitamins and minerals like C, K, and manganese, high in fibre.

Hazelnuts are packed with nutrients, including vitamins, minerals, antioxidant compounds and healthy fats.

How to make it:

1.Warm your oven to 180c

2. Spread blackberries on a parchment sheet and scatter over ground cinnamon and a little maple syrup.

3. On a separate sheet, spread out the hazelnuts (I make extra because you can store them and use them for weeks). Again sprinkle over cinnamon and maple syrup.

4. Roast both for 15 minutes. Let them cool slightly. Whizz the hazelnuts in your food processor leaving some larger pieces.

5. Serve with strained yoghurt like @iseyskyr
